Recipe

  • Add 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds in a cup or bowl ⠀

  • Add 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk or milk of choice ⠀

  • Mix Well⠀

  • Cover and leave in the fridge for at least overnight (chia seeds should never be sprinkled on food. They need to become gelatinous which takes many hours)
