Bone broth: my favorite for boosting collagen. Bone broth is one of the rare foods to actually contain a bio-available form of collagen your body can use right away
Leafy Greens: Nutrient-packed greens are a powerful way to prevent collagen breakdown. They contain chlorophyll which is a pigment that gives plants their vibrant color. Chlorophyll increases the precursor to collagen (pro-collagen)
Vitamin C: helps link amino acids that are needed to form collagen. Without adequate amounts of vitamin C, the body can’t form or store collagen
Healthy Fats: healthy fats improve the health of skin cells while lubricating skin for a youthful appearance
